Rejected inspection

i paid R239 to do inspection using cARscan, i had a terribe experience with the App. My inspection was rejected due to cropped images which i was not aware of (The app could have alerted me that pictures are cropped not allowed me to continue) i am expected to pay another R239 to do another inspection.
