REGULATE BOLT AND ALL OTHER ON CALL SERVICES

I have understood from some BOLT drivers, that when you register, you can register an additional 2 vehicles. The obvious question is how do you drive all 3 vehicles simultaneously. Impossible off course. That is why registered drivers, hire their unlicensed brothers to drive for them, and then they still have to split the loot. When the driver turns his body around each and every corner, or when changing lanes, it immediately raises red flags. The financial incentive for the secondary drivers are very limited, and therefore they refuse to take discounts, which has left many next to the road ( Which now seem to have become a punitive option for these BOLT drivers). I will write to the Dept. of Transport, calling for the urgent regulation of all On Call taxi services. That persons wanting to become drivers, MUST go through a mandatory screening process, as well as the secondary drivers. How many of these drivers, actually have a PDP, let alone a drivers license. All BOLT and other services, must have their vehicles registered with the Traffic Dept. as a taxi service. BOLT has no right to decide who can drive, and in so doing endanger the lives of passengers, as well as providing a **** service.
