Refusing to end ride and charged extra

I have a query regarding bolt driver at around 11:20am I requested a bolt and the driver accepted with Reg number ND 753999, Haval White He dropped me of at my location and when asked to end ride he refused to end ride and only after 15 mins the ride was ended and he charged me R50 which was deducted from my FNB bank account I urgently need you to refund the R60 that was taken from my bank account which was wrongly done by your driver the ride was R27 from Chatsworth center Hollywood bets to 2 meadow sweet croftdene Chatsworth but because he refused to end the ride I got charged extra I humbly request you refund the funds back into my account urgently as I don't expect such poor service from you guys you still didn't even refund me R70 from my previous email below you will find all the information regarding the trip I expect feedback as soon as possible this unacceptable from Bolt
