Refused refund for overcharge due to driver getting lost

I was quoted R107 for a ride from Edenvale to East Rand Mall. Firstly, the driver was waiting on the incorrect road for me, then he got lost in Boksburg, didn't know where the mall was, and I had to pay extra for all the kms used while he was busy asking for directions etc. Bolt refuses to refund the difference. I am horrified at their customer service.
