Refund still not received for a ride that was cancelled by a driver

On the 18th of June i ordered ride to deliver a parcel in Mamelodi, the ride came and R435 was deducted from my account .The Driver of the ride drove less that 2km and called to tell he has to cancel the ride as his car was heating up and told me he would cancel the ride from his side. So far i have only received R36 from Bolt out of the R435.I have been contacting them and still i haven't received my money back .
