Refund Request

Last week Sunday I had requested and I had 2 drivers accepting then cancelling my requests in the morning then another 5 drivers accepting and cancelling my request in the afternoon. During these cancellations, money was deducted from my bank account and none of the drivers had pitched. I lost close to R600 in one day with none of the drivers had come to fetch me and it is very disappointing that I am not able to get help from this
