REFUND OF DOUBLE CHARGE

double charge for one trip... i took a ride on Saturday with my kids and my ride was R93.00 and i paid online banking but the driver said nothing on his side however i paid him cash and this is the second time with no reply on my complaints.

PLEASE ASSIST FOR MY REFUND.
