Refund not paid

I think it takes alot to write a review on hellopeter, but I have to share that the professionalism of Bolt is extremely appauling. I've been waiting for a refund on a trip I cancelled. I have to chat to AI bot which can't assist me. Just be caureful requesting if its not questionable vehicles they don't refund your money. Stick with uber.
