REFUND NON-EXISTENT

I cancelled a trip on 27.03.2024 of R144.00 They charged me a cancelled fee of R20.00 Which is fine. Next thing, I never received my refund. I enquired last month 14.04.2024 and was told my bank needs to release the funds and Bolt has already automatically releases the funds. I'm still waiting for my refund, it is 47days later. I advised it'll be refunded in 7dayd, then it was 14days and and last month i was told 30days. I'm still sitting with the same issue of 47days without my refund. I enquired eith my bank, there is no pending funds awaiting releasing. *** BOLT FOR YOU!!!! NEVER AGAIN.
