Refund issues of Bolt driver not arriving and my ride being canceled

Very disappointed with Bolt’s refund process. I was charged for a ride that didn’t go as expected, and despite following the correct steps and contacting support, I still haven’t received my refund. Communication has been slow and unclear, and I’m left out of pocket with no proper explanation. For an app this big, I expected much better customer service and accountability. Please improve how refund issues are handled.
