I have a complaint I requested bolt for my daughter who is is cape town, they deducted money from my account but the driver canceled the ride and my money is still not refunded when I contact bolt they are telling me that I need to wait for 14 to 30 days this is uncalled for, I needed that money to request again for her as I only had 100 rand in my account at the time the inconvenience that are causing us is a disgrace I need my refund my number is *** email ***
