Refund

I requested a ride on the 3rd of August around 15h00 in the afternoon and they charged me R113, but then when the driver arrived she asked me to cancel it since it's Saturday it's going to reflect to her on Monday then I canceled and they charged me R19 cancelation fee which that's fine, but they didn't refund the rest of the money and they said it takes up to 14 days to be refunded and I've been chatting to them doing back and forth about my money up until today they haven't refund me but they said to me last week Monday they've released it on their end so it depends on my bank but there's still nothing. I need my money
