Refund

l was charged for a trip that did not happen. I requested using card and l was immediately charged R108 by Bolt company. The driver by the name of Sipho Ma***ane decided to cancel the trip but l was still charged R108 plus R19 cancelation fee. The driver decided to cancel the trip, why am l charged for a trip that did not happen? That's basically Bolt ****ming us as consumers. STAY AWAY FROM BOLT
