Refund

On Sunday the 10th of April I requested a ride from Douglasdale to Soweto which charged on my card. The driver arrived, I sent him a text to say I was coming and he left before I could even go to the car. He started the trip without me in the car and ended the trip 7 minutes after when my trip was supposed to be 45 minutes which indicates that I wasn't in the car. I would like my refund please, R258 is a lot of money!!!
