Recovering lost item

Recovering lost item, while traveling with bolt on Saturday I've forgot one of my backpacks in the car with all my important belongings. I have contacted the driver and no response from him as I tried calling as well no response.

I contacted bolt support team and have gotten no where I've been trying for 3 days and still nothing this morning around 10.15 they sent a message that the driver has been contacted and they waiting on feedback from the driver.

It's ridiculous that I am still waiting on my lost item and all they telling me to be patient.
