Recovering a lost item in vehicle.

I'm highly disappointed in bolt services. I requested a ride and got in the front seat of a polo with reg KV87DMGP driven by Mlungisi. I had put my phone just between my thighs. So when i got off i forgot my phone, when i tried calling it with ny other phone it was off. I tried calling the driver on the app, he declined my calls. I repprted the issue to their support team and all i got is bunch of nonsensical responses telling me that they are awaiting feedback from the driver. I find it very ********* of them to give me that response. To date im still waiting feedback but i know that the ***** driver stole my phone. The way this company handles complains is just messed up. They do not care about their customers.. They gave me run arounds till this day. I will continue to let others know about their treatment towards customers. I leave the driver to karma!! It never disappoints..
