Recklessness of Bolt

So last Sunday I was on my way to drop off my grandmother in law at the old age home where she resides, I got into an accident with a Bolt driver, he caused the accident and to my surprise, he doesn't have any form of insurance, now how does a company like Bolt allow this to happen, his car barely looked road worthy, he/they drive very carelessly and they don't have insurance to cover anything. I find it to be completely ********* and reckless to allow such business to operate. The driver even had the nerve to fight with his passengers to pay him for the ride he couldn't complete due to causing an accident. This is absolutely ridicules since it was brought to my attention that this is a common occurrence. For your own safety, avoid Bolt services since their recklessness could cause you serious injuries or worse.
