Reckless bolt driver crashed into my car and Bolt says drivers are contractors it does not matter of they don't have insurance

On Thursday A Bolt driver made a reckless decision to ,*******ly make a U-turn and crash into my car with my wife in it. We are hurt. The driver claims to Not have insurance. I have been in Contact with Bolt and they are competently removing themselves from the situation. Even when the driver works for them have shared all the information,pictures and the damage. I told them their drivers says he has No insurance and they do not care. In short a bolt driver can transport passengers without insurance. I can prove this. The reckless driver had a passenger who is willing to be a witness. How do I get this organisation to take responsibility for their actions? They are simply refusing to acknowledge that their driver wracked my car and they are distancing themselves from the situation. I need Assistance.
