RE: BOLT HOLDING FEE ****

Bolt really is *****ing money from consumers, they have debited R68 from my account in July and until today the money never reversed, then on the 2nd of October 2023 the debited R265 from my account and they retain the same story of the money will be refunded within 2-14 business working days.

This is pure theft and I need my money back. They say I should talk to my account about the debit, and it's just a holding fee. But my bank says the amounts were already debited. So I'm tired of these people.
