Quick to charge for services unrendered yet but slow to refund.

Bolt is so fast to charge money from your bank account before the drivers accept the ride but when theres no driver to accept the ride you have to wait forever for a refund. I was charged on sunday 13th april 2025 for a ridw that no driver accepted 3 times and still today no refund of my money in my account. It does not make sense to charge so⁴900meone for a service that you have not given yet and then when the service is unavailable then the refund is not done as quickly as it was charged.
