Putrid service from Bolt Food

Bolt food has given me the worst experience I ever had. Uber eats is honestly way better. I placed an order 2 hours ago and it hasn't arrived. They have no proper communication methods and instead the driver tells me my order is cancelled and kfc tells me it hasn't been I must contact bolt. Their chat option doesn't work so one must just wait and hope you either get your food or you get your money.
