PROMO NOT WORKING!

I got an email saying I have a 70% promo from Bolt but it doesn't go off and I have tried to query to no avail .its so unfair that its going to lapse soon and I haven't even used it.BOLT DOESN'T CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS! I USE IT EVERYDAY AND THIS IS WHAT I GET!
