Promised refund

Hi, I’m deeply hurt as I’m writing this review. Bolt has done nothing but hurt me and no one is even communicating nor giving me a solution to my issue. Weeks ago, I requested a ride but the pickup location was wrong so I had to cancel the ride. And by then Bolt had already authorised a pre-authorisation fee from my bank. Till now I haven’t received my refund. I want my money back.
