Privacy information unsecured

I was reporting ***** as someone used my cellphone number to use bolt and I did report it as ***** as I connected my bank details and the person used it in the cape and I'm here in Johannesburg and they said they'll investigate it and I never got feedback from them now my account is blocked and I can't use bolt
