Pricing nightmare

Bolt was my saving grace but I'm over it now. Firstly they double charged me and I requested a refund and someone actually communicated with me but the refund is yet to be seen 4 months later. On freedom day the driver came late and I was charged the waiting fee and it was extremely high... Bolt is now a **** shame
