Pricing issue

Mthokozisi driver of Nissan Almera (silver) Reg: HM28YWGP I requested a trip for my partner from my house in ormonde to southagte mall .my partner gave him R50 and he claims he doesnt have change .this is upon arrival to destination. My problem is why did he not ask the client if their can pass by a garage .He knew once at destination client needs to go to work .and my partner ended up having to pay a full R50.This is becoming a trick to **** clients more money in the morning . Even a taxi driver knows he may not have change in the morning so he Makes plans during the trip by getting change . Im really not happy about this .worse i can only rate and give same feedback as above.and i know that they bolt wont refund the trip or even get back to me.
