On Sunday, December 7, 2025, I took a Bolt ride that was paid for with a card. The total fare for the trip was R187, yet we received a notification from Bolt stating the amount charged was R420. We would like clarification on the details of this trip, as I arrived home at 18:29/30 PM. We are requesting a refund because I am dissatisfied with the service. Why are your drivers behaving *********ly, charging R420 instead of the correct fare of R187?
