Poor...disgraced...Service.

I confirmed a BOLT on 22 July 2024 at 07:32. Showed arrival time 7 min. Driver arrived at 07:54. I WAITED FOR 22MIN INSTEAD OF 7MIN. THIS IS POOR SERVICE AND UNACCEPTABLE... I would like to have some form of credit or compensation for the poor service I received.
