Poor terrible service from Bolt and it's drivers

I am very appalled by how Bolt operates.

I requested from pimville soweto to kagiso Rietvallei and the app leaded the driver to use a wrong way on the outskirts of the official road.

How is it that a company as huge as bolt does not have the correct map on their data base?

The driver had to driver back after a good 10 minute delay and I am expected to pay for that difference? This is honestly unacceptable.

The driver also began the trip before I even entered the car. The amount I was suppose to pay went from R166 to R319.

This is really unacceptable. So I am supposed to pay bolt for the mistake that they made on their side?
