Poor system

I have updated the app a million times but it still does not pick up my location when I'm at work. It always give me the OR Tambo international airport instead of cargo terminal. When I call their driver they say they don't know where cargo terminal is. I have reported the issue to Bolt and it keeps happening. I don't want someone to contact me but I want someone to fix it.
