Poor services and no profile interviews done to track if the car is correct as well as Driver profile .

I've had the worst experience with bold and their drivers that don't match their profile description,who threatened me as well and also said some pretty uncomfortable things ,even when dropping me off he wouldn't leave without more money than the initial fare ... I've been using bolt for quiet sometime but today I can safely say I can't be killed by Bolt South Africa ,yesterday 12/01/2021 I was charged double my ride fare and it was a cash trip ... I am shook my anxiety is on another level ,I can't even go to the police station because of the profile description... It fairly fair to demand my money .. Because I can't be ****med and let to die .and also why can't bolt have a surveillance system on its drivers to detect so much ****s.i can't even leave the house cause I'm scared of what happened last night .
