Poor service Uber

I requested a bolt today from the most rude bolt driver ever.My banking app gave me trouble I asked the driver if I can withdraw at the ATM and he started fighting. Even canceled the ride.

Not only that the vehicle was unroadworthy with broken front lights and untidy vehicle not to mention the attitude from the guy

That vehicle is not roadworthy to carry public
