Poor service from Bolt

I am always in support of bolt services and have been using them for years now. However, how can I be charged Pre-authorization fees 7 times within the matter of 3 minutes for rides that never occurred and I get told it will take up to 10 days to be reversed. How am I supposed to get to work for possibly the next 10days as they have basically emptied my account. So now what I must walk to work???? I can even say I can take a taxi because I'm left with nothing
