Poor Service Form BOLT

My hubby requested a ride and it showed R57 as the charge. He had to wait a long time for the driver (Donald Nkwane) to show up and when he did, he deliberately chose a long route, despite protests from the client. In the end, the charge was R87. This is highly dishonest and disrespectful of Bolt and their driver to do this. Included in the charge was a waiting fee of R13, despite the fact the driver is the one who had to be waited for!!!! What a disappointment BOLT is turning out be. Sies!
