POOR SERVICE FOR DRIVER BY BOLT SA

I am an unhappy bolt driver that my profile was deleted without my knowledge. My documents expired and I made sure to renew all the expired documents, uploaded all required documents only to be told my account has been deleted. I have been in contact with their help desk via email and with no help. I feel that it is unfair to be told I deleted my profile whereas there was no communication from them confirming that my profile is deleted. The assistance am getting is none whatsoever. I cannot even call them only on emails and every time I send a follow up email someone else respond and they not resolving my issue. It has been a week already.
