POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

I have noticed that since the beginning of this year that Bolt drivers operating main on the Bluff, Wentworth area refuse to accept requests which are card payments. I have even had trips where the driver has stopped the car and ordered me to cancell the trip because he thought it was a cash payment stating that the boss he is driving for does not accept card payments. However if you request a trip on the Bluff Durban for a cash trip you have a acceptance in under 10 mins
