Poor service

I am very disappointed with Bolt /Taxify taxi service. I requested a lift from Hatfield gautrain station in Pretoria, South Africa to my home, only to be notified by the gautrain security guard that Bolt is not allowed to pick me up from the gautrain. Not only was n told by the Bolt driver to walk over 2 streets so that he could pick me up, but he also drove right passed me and then told me to request another ride because he can't pick me up there. After about an hour of trying to get a ride with Bolt, I had to drive with a taxi service that was allowed to drive from the gautrain. I paid R220 to drive 3,2 km to my home. If bolt had notified me beforehand, I could have arranged someone to pick me up. I think this is very poor service, I can't believe that I am the only person that this happened to. It would be nice if they could notify you or send out an alert telling us where they are not allowed to do pick up.
