Poor service by Bolt

On the 20th of April this year 2022 I boarded Bolt and forgot my keys in the car of registration number FV 91 FG GP, Honda Brio Amaze. The driver was Thomas Matome. Since then I have been trying to get hold of him to no avail.The contact number on the app does not work. I contacted help desk to no success. I still have not got assistance. I therefore cannot recommend Bolt to anyone.
