Poor service and theft not resolved.

Created a ride for a parcel, driver arrived and took the parcel, upon destination it showed on my app ride done I should rate the driver, I called the reciever, and she says which entrance is he at, I then call the driver to find out as to whom must he ask for by the entrance, driver not picking up end cancelling all my calls from the call app. I then use airtime to contact him number not valid. I report to bolt , he comes back around 21:00 and I told that the driver says he did deliver the parcel. I asked bolt support to ask the driver to whom did he give the parcel to as he did not even pick up to get the name and he was delivering to a school, name of teacher ddnt ask , no entrance confirmed, and yet bolt says driver says he did . I then ask for the drivers number since we could not get hold of him, bolt says we rather send our details so the driver can call us. Bolt does not care about customers rather than their drivers only. ******* *****ing parcels. Driver was not even paid but bolt provided me with a receipt of the ride which never happened.
