Poor service and safety compromised

First of all the driver was late and he did not communicate with me when he got lost, secondly he did no greet me, he did not follow the Covid 19 protocol, he was not wearing a mask and he did not have a hand sanitizer. thirdly he did not greet me as a passanger and lastly he was traveling with a friend which means my safety was compromised
