Poor service

Yesterday I requested bolt to take me from my workplace to my home from germiston to johannesburg cost was 120 and got a discount to pay 108. The driver didn't use navigaor he started at petrol station before get out of germiston he took wrong road as if I was going to rosetenville I told him that I am going to johannesburg which cost us a long way to my place price changed to 138 I told that it was 108 he requested be to rate him first before showing him the price, I rated him and price disappeared. Service was bvery poor I was actually ******
