Poor service

On the 26.09.20 I requested a ride from 122 Bram Fischer Road to 329 Monty Naicker Road @ 15:27 my driver was Musa the service provider is Nhlosenhle from G438 Zimnene Road Ntuzuma. He was driving a white car with no number plate @ the front , I reported a lost cellphone no one boarded to respond to me. It was a black Samsung J4 Core I only realized this few minute after I jumped off I tried calling my cell using someone else phone no one answered on the 4th attempt it was on vmail
