Poor Service

When last did Bolt do random inspections on the conditions of the driver vehicles. Some of the vehicles are in absolute terrible condition, makes ius as regular users very concerned for our safety. It also seems to be a common practice were drivers don't have change to give us which leaves us out of pocket. My last 2 rides it cost me extra coz drivers don't have change or they short change u.
