Poor service

I have been experiencing call drops with Bolt support team which I believe isn't professional enough. This morning on even date , I first called the gentleman by the name Paul , who is one of the support team . While I was trying to narrate my frustration with their registration process which seems to be stuck somewhere, he rudely dropped the call on my ears. I called second time and my call was peaked up a lady by the name which sounded like Dipuo. She also dropped my call while I was talking. I called again trying to get a number for the support team supervisor, my call was again dropped. Is this how Bolt treat its customers ?
