Poor poor poor level of service...bolt workers unprofessional at all

This e- hailing company bolt is so un organized an unprofessional...it's been 140 hours since I logged a tick so I could receive assistance with my documents...now after so much time waiting they have declined...my review 3 times to over charge me with additional cost for nothing...cause me not to work for 4days in a row no one is as help full...
