Poor Communication by BOLT

On. 20th November 2023 my wife inadvertently left her phone in one of the Bolt Rides . I wrote on her behalf to bolt via email . They would take my email and insisted that she does it herself . Remember she had lost her phone . Subsequently she extracted the relevant details on the bolt ride . The time of pick up the drivers name and vehicle registration . These were forwarded to Bolt to help with the investigation . Needless to say as of today 19December 2023 nothing has been received. No feedback from Bolt
