POOR BOLT SERVICE

Forgot my parcels on this Bolt driver by the name Cuthbert. He is driving Silver Ford Figo with licence plate number: LD87GBGP. He took the wrong route which resulted to price hike at the end of my trip. After I've complained to him I get off the car, few mins later (15 mins) realized I left my parcel. Immediately called him and he acknowledged her got the parcels. However, claimed he's far already. Then we made arrangement that he will request and deliver them. We even opted for cash for those items to be transferred and he agreed till today is no longer answering my calls and messages. Reported the incident on their portal App which is even more useless.
