Poor Bolt service

I requested a bolt and the system advised that the following driver will pick me up in 4 mins. JL99KYGP Brighton ***. Waited outside the gate in Industrial area and the guy never turned up. Called him as I could see he was driving towards the opposite direction and he switched of his phone. Some guys passing through ****** me as I was now stuck
