Please help me bolt has caused me so much trauma.

The driver drove off with my entire suitcase full of all my clothes and some very valuable belongings some of what ive inherited from my grandfather jewelry ive been thru so much trauma because of this ive had to miss 2 important bussiness meetings and the company has not done anything to retreive my ****** property ive sent countless whats apps to the driver whom is ignoring me and been its been 2 weeks im so emotionally warn out i just want my belongings back please can anyone help me ive left numourouse massages for the bolt support team as well they made promises that they have not kept they still let the driver work after i have stated about my ****** property this is negligence on their part and ignoring the safety of their customers please help me
