Phone not returned

One of my petrol attendants, Misheck Maphosa, used the Bolt service on Friday, 29 October 2021. His driver is named Charles and he drives a Toyota Etios CAA38204. He was picked up in Parow & dropped off in Delft. Misheck forgot his cell phone in the vehicle after he got out. He phoned the number & Charles answered. He told him that he would return the phone to him the next day. When he failed to do that, Misheck phoned again & was promised the return of the phone. This didn't happen & when he phoned again, the phone has been switched off and went to voicemail. We would appreciate it if Bolt could follow up with their service provider as it casts them in a poor light.
